The Norwich is the most versatile design of our Woodland Cottages. With a second bedroom upstairs that can function as a master suite, The Norwich can serve as a more traditional home for a young family. This unique design also offers a first-floor master suite, providing one-floor living for the owners and giving privacy to family and guests on the second floor.

As for the living space, The Norwich flows from the kitchen and dining area, stepping down into the Great Room. The dining area, adjacent to the back porch, has floor to ceiling windows that provide an ever-changing view to Vermont’s distinct four seasons. The standing seam metal roof completes the look of this classic New England home.
