The Quechee Lakes Bensonwood Collection package comes with a nicely-appointed, Standard Timbered Interior, with our signature exposed timbers and joinery adding a dramatic and warm touch to the interior of your home.
- Also available is a Non-Timbered Interior Option where the timber expression is confined to the exterior of the house.
All the Collection houses have striking exterior timber accents, such as entries and eave braces.
Option Three:
Heating/Ventilation/Air Conditioning (HVAC)
Standard in the Quechee Lakes Bensonwood Collection package is a super energy-efficient HVAC system that can save up to 60% on heating and cooling costs. This advanced system is comprised of an electrically-driven Acadia air source heat pump by Hallowell International for forced air heating, cooling and ventilation. For those seeking conventional HVAC systems, we also offer the following options:
- Gas Fired, High Efficiency Forced Air Furnace with Integrated HRV - A/C option available
- Gas Fired,Uponor Hydronic Radiant Heat with Isolated A/C and HRV system
